Free Kicks	All Indirect Opponents must be (3) yards away from ball for Kick Offs & Kicks
Penalty Kicks	NONE - All Indirect Indirect Free Kick from point of foul (If in the Goal Box, place ball on Goal Box Line, nearest the point of foul)
Coaches	1 Allowed on field 1 in Coaches Box 1 Behind Goal to instruct Goalkeeper

Game Times

Substitutions: 
Free Substitution, at Stoppage of Play, with Referee’s permission, when ball is in your possession. 
Opponent may Sub at the same time however; only the team in possession may initiate the Substitution procedure.   

Play by FIFA rules, with the following exceptions:
   Kick-Off, Goal Kick and Corner Kick are all INDIRECT Kicks.
   (Should the ball directly enter the Goal, treated as Goal or Corner Kick, based on who touched it last)
   
Penalty Kicks
   Taken from the Penalty Box line, in the same location as, but behind the traditional  Penalty Mark.
   
Offsides - No
  
 No Slide Tackles Yellow/Indirect > Dangerous or Tackle from behind = Red/Direct
   
Throw-Ins - Must not enter the Penalty Box prior to being played – Re-Do
   
Kicks: Goal Kicks, Corner Kicks, Punts and Free Kicks must remain in the same half of field.
   
All Fields and Divisions
   (2) Coaches up + (1) On Bench
   Keep Bench/Player Area clear of Spectators
   Keep Sidelines Clear of Spectators (Minimum of (3) Yards)
   Keep Area behind Goal Line Clear of Spectators
   No Sideline Coaching
   Shirts must be tucked in at all times
